The Central Bank of Cuba published a brief reporting that the Council of Ministers reviewed the economic and social transformation measures recently presented during the Third Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly and, after considering input from the Political Bureau and the Extraordinary Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, will publish the proposals in full for public consultation as part of the update of Cuba’s economic and social model begun in 2011 and deepened from 2021.

The Central Bank of Cuba reported that Cuba’s Council of Ministers has reviewed the economic and social transformation proposals presented to Parliament and will publish them in full for public consultation.
