The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice on payment of the issuance fee for securities practising certificates, requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee to complete the certification process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applying the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at Vietinbank (Ha Thanh branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai branch), or paid directly at the Commission, with the payment reference identifying the certificate holder, identification number and certificate type. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the securities practising certificate that has been granted.
