The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued Notice No. 179/TB-UBCK requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the licensing fee needed to complete the procedure for issuance of a securities practising certificate, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank, or paid directly at the Commission. For transfers, the payment description must include the certificate holder’s name, identity document number and the type of certificate being issued; if the recipient does not complete the process to receive the certificate within one year of the notice, the Commission will cancel the issued certificate.
