The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) hosted representatives of the Buenos Aires Province Notaries College and the Federal Council of Argentine Notariat to discuss inter-institutional cooperation, including regulatory developments related to tokenisation. The exchange focused on the challenges and opportunities of applying emerging technologies to markets in general and to the real estate market in particular, in the context of both institutions’ modernization and digitalization efforts. Attendees included CNV President Roberto E. Silva, Vice President Sonia Fabiana Salvatierra, board director Laura Inés Herbón and Financial Trusts Manager Silvina Dimateo, alongside notaries leaders Guillermo Longhi, Diego Molina and Sabina Podrez Yaniz. Participants renewed their commitment to maintain a fluid institutional relationship to move forward with joint projects.
