The Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, together with eMPF Platform Company Limited, launched an eMPF fleet of mobile service vehicles to help employees understand and register for the eMPF platform as it enters its final and largest onboarding phase. The vehicles will travel across all 18 districts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories to provide on-site registration support and answer enquiries. The fleet will gradually expand to a total of 10 vehicles carrying eMPF information, promotional videos and user guides, and equipped with electronic devices to facilitate registration with the assistance of eMPF ambassadors. The mobile service complements three existing eMPF service centres and eMPF kiosks located in 12 telecommunications stores operated by the contractor and six sports centres operated by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. When MPF Industry Schemes are onboarded to eMPF in early 2026, the fleet will also visit workplaces of Industry Scheme members, including construction sites and areas with a large number of catering outlets, to provide on-site registration and support.
