The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of securities practising certificates as part of completing the licensing procedure. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment may be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank or paid directly at the Commission; transfer details must identify the certificate holder and the certificate type. The Commission also stated that if, within one year of its notice to pay the fee for re-issuance of a practising certificate, the recipient does not complete procedures to collect the certificate, it will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.
