The Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten, acting also on behalf of insurance group ENNIA, initiated disciplinary proceedings in the Netherlands against two former auditors of SunResorts Ltd. N.V., and the Dutch Auditor’s Office in Zwolle decided on 26 May 2025 that the auditors violated fundamental principles of professionalism and due diligence and temporarily removed them from the professional register.
