Greece's Ministry of National Economy and Finance, through a joint decision with the Ministries of Infrastructure and Transport, Development, and Digital Governance and the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), has brought into operation a new digital application for the Registry of Tanks used by private-use fuel and energy supply stations. The decision sets the information to be recorded, the parties responsible for submitting and updating it, and the applicable deadlines. Obligations apply to holders of an operating licence for a private-use station, installers of fuel inflow–outflow monitoring systems, and providers of tank calibration (volumetric measurement) services. A three-month window is provided to submit the required data, running until 23 March 2026, via the myAADE portal. Separately, a six-month period starting on 23 December 2025 applies for completing the installation of inflow–outflow monitoring and electronic data transmission systems at private-use stations, under earlier joint ministerial decisions.
