The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Fund Administrators of Peru announced that payments have started for depositors with Compensation for Time of Service (CTS) accounts at CRAC Del Centro in liquidation whose deposits are covered by the Deposit Insurance Fund (FSD). This is the second reimbursement list in the liquidation process, and payouts are being made nationwide through the branches of Arequipa Municipal Savings and Credit Bank (CMAC Arequipa). Depositors can check whether they are included on the regulator’s portal, and payment dates for those not yet covered will be announced in coming days. A first round began on 20 April for natural persons with savings and time deposits, including joint accounts, that had no debts or blocks at CRAC Del Centro. Legal entities and natural persons with debts or blocks will be served in later lists. Foreign currency deposits are being reimbursed in PEN using the accounting exchange rate published for 13 April 2026 of PEN 3.3740, and coverage is capped at PEN 117,200 per depositor.

The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Fund Administrators of Peru has begun a second round of Deposit Insurance Fund reimbursements for Compensation for Time of Service account holders at CRAC Del Centro in liquidation, with payments made nationwide via Arequipa Municipal Savings and Credit Bank branches. Coverage is capped at PEN 117,200 per depositor, foreign currency deposits are converted at PEN 3.3740 per USD, and remaining depositors, including legal entities and those with debts, will be paid in subsequent lists.
