The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing 16 individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay the fee for issuance of securities practice certificates as part of completing their licensing procedures. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission Office’s accounts held at Vietinbank (Ha Thanh Branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai Branch), or paid directly at the Commission. For bank transfers, the payment reference must identify the certificate holder, their identity document number and the type of certificate being issued. If the certificate holder does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.
