The Central Bank of the Philippines issued a circular letter instructing non-bank financial institutions with quasi-banking functions and/or trust entities and trust corporations to publish or post their Statement of Condition (head office, branches and other offices) side-by-side with the Consolidated Statement of Condition, or their balance sheet as applicable, as of 30 June 2025. The publication must be made in a newspaper of general circulation in the city or province where the institution’s principal office is located. If no newspaper is published in the same city or province, publication should be made in a newspaper published in Metro Manila or in the nearest city or province, within 20 working days from the date of the circular letter. Institutions must also scan and submit PDF copies of the Statement of Condition and/or Consolidated Statement of Condition, or balance sheet as applicable, within the same 20-working-day deadline. Separately, the published version and the publisher’s certificate must be scanned and submitted in PDF format within five working days from the date of publication, following the submission arrangements referenced in BSP Memorandum Nos. M-2017-027 and M-2024-044.

The Central Bank of the Philippines requires non-bank financial institutions with quasi-banking functions and trust entities to publish their Statement of Condition and Consolidated Statement of Condition or balance sheet as of 30 June 2025 in a local newspaper or, if unavailable, in a Metro Manila publication within 20 working days. Institutions must also submit PDF copies of these documents and the publisher’s certificate within specified deadlines.
