The Philippines Department of Finance reported that the Credit Information Corporation remitted PHP 169.64 million in dividends to the national government, its first dividend contribution since its establishment in 2008. The payment reflects stronger financial performance and provides non-tax revenue for government infrastructure and socioeconomic programs. The remittance was made under the Dividend Law, which requires government-owned or controlled corporations to transfer at least 50% of their preceding-year net earnings to the national government. In 2025, the corporation generated record revenue of PHP 459.37 million, produced more than 28 million credit reports and recorded 38 million credit report inquiries.
