The Central Bank of Russia has issued recommendations for investment platform (crowdfunding) operators to improve website disclosures by publishing investors’ actual returns on issued loans and non-performing loan (NPL) ratios. Actual returns are to be calculated using all payments due under loan agreements that have matured, with the resulting information disclosed on or before 1 March. NPL statistics are to be compiled as of quarter-end, split by days past due (1–90 days and over 90 days), and published within one calendar month after the reporting date.
