The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission has invited financial influencers to participate in Phase 2 of the “Public Empowerment through Capital Market Knowledge Initiative” 2025, creating an alliance to distribute financial and investment knowledge to the public and introducing a new award category, “The Financial Changemaker”. Participation is open to finfluencers who provide financial and investment content via online channels and have at least 100,000 followers across all channels. Award eligibility requires producing at least 10 pieces of educational media aligned with the seven content areas in the Core Competencies Framework on Financial Literacy for Investors, with content not designed for sale or advertising of financial or investment products or services, and achieving at least 1,000,000 cumulative reach or views between January 2025 and 15 August 2025. Recipients must also complete the SEC’s “Responsible Voices for Finfluencer” training course before the award announcement in October 2025. Finfluencers who meet the media criteria but have not yet completed the training may still apply and submit work up to 15 August 2025 and provide confirmation of training completion later; the training date will be communicated separately.
