The Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority is participating in the Public Service Week exhibition in Dodoma, using its stand to educate the public and insurance-sector stakeholders on insurance services and on the Authority’s move toward digital systems to improve access to information and accountability. Visitors to the TIRA stand can learn about insurance customer rights and obligations, economic opportunities in the insurance sector, and the role of insurance in everyday life across product lines including health, motor, business, agriculture, fishing and livestock. The Authority is also showcasing newer ICT tools used in supervising the sector, including its TIRAMIS system. The exhibition runs from 16 to 23 June 2025, during which TIRA is inviting stakeholders to visit its stand for services, to provide feedback and to ask questions.
