The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has reissued universal banking licenses for Kazakhstan Halyk Bank and Kaspi Bank. The revised licenses add authority to conduct interbank loans, interbank guarantees, interbank sureties and other interbank operations. The change was made under Vice Chairman orders No. B-138 and No. B-139 dated July 13. Halyk Bank received universal banking license No. 1.1.601.130 and Kaspi Bank received universal banking license No. 1.1.722.131 with the additional operations included.
