The Bank of Spain reported that Governor José Luis Escrivá met with Andorra’s Head of Government, Xavier Espot, in Madrid for a working session that reviewed options for closer cooperation between the Bank of Spain and the Andorran Financial Authority. The delegations agreed to promote periodic working meetings to develop different forms of collaboration. The meeting also included Andorra’s Minister of Finance Ramon Lladós and the Andorran Financial Authority’s Director General David Cerqueda, alongside the Bank of Spain’s Deputy Governor Soledad Núñez, Director General of Supervision Mercedes Olano and Director General for Operations, Markets and Payment Systems Juan Ayuso.
