The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has updated its instructions for reporting serious ICT-related incidents and significant cyber threats under the DORA Regulation, moving submissions in Fidac from Excel to JSON (.json) from 31 March. Firms that submitted an initial report and an intermediate report in Excel but have not yet filed the final report must complete that incident in the original format by using the Excel format reported under “DORA unstructured” in Fidac. The ability to submit final reports in Excel will be closed on 30 April, and all reporting of new serious ICT-related incidents and significant cyber threats must be made in JSON format.
