The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) has notified listed and foreign companies that new mandatory fields will be added to Quarterly Information Forms and Standardized Financial Statements in the Empresas.NET system from Aug. 29, 2026. Companies must provide the accumulated consolidated gross revenue amount and the corresponding date in the Company Data section. Failure to complete either field will prevent the submission or resubmission of forms from Aug. 29, 2026.

The Brazil Securities Commission will add mandatory accumulated consolidated gross revenue and date fields to quarterly information and standardized financial statement forms from Aug. 29, 2026. Missing information will block submissions and resubmissions through Empresas.NET.
