The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine has opened a competition for authorized officers who will investigate, support and adjudicate cases involving potential breaches of securities and financial market legislation. The roles form three distinct stages of the commission’s enforcement process, separating evidence gathering and case preparation from legal assessment and decision-making. Investigation officers establish the facts, collect and analyze evidence, conduct legally prescribed procedures and ensure procedural safeguards. Case support officers organize and prepare materials for further proceedings, while adjudication officers assess the evidence and issue lawful, reasoned and impartial decisions. The work covers capital markets and organized commodity markets and requires legal expertise, analytical skills, independence and an understanding of financial market regulation.
