The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has opened a public consultation on two draft rulebooks under the Law on Alternative Investment Funds, detailing how it will approve management-body appointments and issue operating licences to alternative investment fund management companies. The consultation covers a draft rulebook on granting consent for the appointment of members of the management body of alternative investment fund management companies, and a draft rulebook on the process for issuing operating licences to such companies. Comments can be submitted within 14 days of publication. After reviewing feedback, the Authority will finalise the rulebooks.
