The Bermuda Monetary Authority has issued a notice reminding applicants that the latest version of the Personal Declaration form is the required document for INTEGRA applications and must be completed, signed and submitted by all relevant shareholder controllers and or beneficial owners. The Authority noted that the updated Personal Declaration, which includes the Bermuda Monetary Authority logo, was introduced via a notice issued on 17 September 2024, and firms should ensure affected controllers and beneficial owners understand this is the official form to be provided to the Bermuda Monetary Authority as part of the application process.
