The Authority noted that the updated Personal Declaration, which includes the Bermuda Monetary Authority logo, was introduced via a notice issued on 17 September 2024, and firms should ensure affected controllers and beneficial owners understand this is the official form to be provided to the Bermuda Monetary Authority as part of the application process.
