The Australian Securities and Investments Commission cancelled the Australian credit licence of Zenoz Enterprises Pty Ltd, effective July 3, 2026, after the company ceased engaging in credit activities and failed to pay its industry funding levies and related late payment penalties for the 2023-2024 financial year for more than 12 months. Zenoz had held the licence since February 2023, authorizing it to operate as a credit provider. The National Consumer Credit Protection Act allows ASIC to cancel or suspend a licence where a licensee has ceased credit activities or has left an ASIC supervisory cost recovery levy and associated penalties unpaid for at least 12 months after the due date.
