The Intergovernmental Action Group Against Money Laundering in West Africa has launched an expressions of interest process to update the database of intellectual service providers approved to participate in competitive bidding by GIABA, EGDC and the Permanent Representation. The exercise is intended to create shortlists of providers for future procurements under the ECOWAS Procurement Code and covers interpreting, translation, monitoring and evaluation, communication, accounting, administration, human resources, finance, audit and control, law and international relations, procurement, gender and civil society, and other relevant areas. The call is open to consulting firms, agencies and individual consultants. Applicants must provide evidence of relevant qualifications, skills and experience, along with references for recent similar services. For firms and agencies, GIABA will assess whether they have been duly established for at least two years and completed at least two similar assignments in the past five years, with West Africa experience treated as an asset. Providers selected for each service category will be shortlisted and may then receive further requests for quotations, expressions of interest or proposals. Expressions of interest are due by 14 March 2026 at 17:00 GMT.
