The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority has released its consultation response and updated three life insurance reporting standards as part of the transition of data collections from Direct to APRA to APRA Connect. The changes align these collections with other reporting conducted through APRA Connect and advance the authority’s broader migration away from its legacy submission system. The updated standards cover LRS 112.3 Related Party Exposures, LRS 114.2 Derivatives Activity and LRS 114.3 Off Balance Sheet Business. APRA published clean and marked-up versions of each standard following its April 2026 consultation.
