The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has approved senior management appointments in the insurance sector, granting consent for L.P. Zdanovich to serve as head of the executive body and for A.M. Sapin to serve as a member of the executive body. The decisions were recorded in protocols dated 7 March 2025 (No. 237/CO) and 27 March 2025 (No. 238/CO). The agency also noted that, under Kazakhstan’s Law on Insurance Activity, a senior executive who has already received the authority’s consent may be transferred to a similar role within the same sector without additional approval, provided the statutory qualification requirements are met. Active consents can be viewed in the Insurance sector section of the “Registers of permits and notifications”, under the list of valid consents for the appointment (election) of senior executives.
