The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that EOS Multi-Strategy Fund AIFLNP V.C.I.C. LTD (LEI 213800WIE9VYEPOEGW90), an alternative investment fund with limited number of persons (AIFLNP), has been dissolved and placed into liquidation following the total redemption of its units. The fund (licence number LPAIF90/2014) was dissolved under Article 132(1)(d) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. The dissolution was communicated to CySEC by the AIFLNP itself in accordance with Article 63(8) of the same law, and the liquidation is voluntary.
