Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market publishes infographic on why auditing matters and says it is simplifying financial statement submissions

The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market published an infographic-style communication highlighting the role of financial statement audits in supporting market integrity and investor decision-making, and linked transparent reporting to trust and stability in the financial system. It also indicated it is working with market participants to improve the process for submitting financial statements. The Commission framed audits as a key mechanism for ensuring “fair rules of the game” for market participants and a reliable basis for investors, and said its ongoing changes to reporting submission are intended to make the process simpler, more convenient and clearer.
