The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has cancelled New South Wales financial adviser Kyle Clifford Frost’s Australian financial services (AFS) licence after finding that he failed to comply with multiple licensee obligations under the Corporations Act 2001. The cancellation took effect on 15 October 2026. The failures concerned cooperation with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, financial reporting, payment of statutory levies and regulatory reporting. Frost had held AFS licence number 543780 since 15 November 2022, authorising him to provide financial product advice and deal in financial products for retail and wholesale clients. He has the right to apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of ASIC’s decision.
