Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) has sworn in Bank Indonesia Deputy Governor Juda Agung as an ex officio member of its Board of Commissioners representing Bank Indonesia. The oath of office was administered before Indonesia’s Chief Justice Sunarto at the Supreme Court building in Jakarta. The appointment was made under Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72/P of 2025 on the replacement of OJK’s ex officio commissioner from Bank Indonesia. With Juda Agung’s inauguration, OJK’s Board of Commissioners is complete at 11 members, comprising nine commissioners selected through the selection committee process and two ex officio commissioners from Bank Indonesia and the Ministry of Finance.
