Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) President Roberto E. Silva used a fireside chat at Marval Legal Forecast 2026 to review the board’s management agenda, saying the CNV has issued more than 100 regulations during the current administration to support private-sector financing and modernise Argentina’s capital markets. He pointed to measures such as the Tokenisation Regime, the regulatory framework for Virtual Asset Service Providers (PSAVs), and the Automatic Public Offering regime, and said many of the improvements outlined at Marval Legal Forecast 2025 have since been delivered. The event was held in person and via streaming and convened legal, compliance and investor audiences.
