Vietnam’s State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the licensing fee for securities practice certificates as a condition to complete the certificate issuance process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission or paid directly at the Commission. If a recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year of the fee payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued securities practice certificate.
