The Brazil Securities Commission's Superintendence of Securities Registration has suspended the public offering of units in NTZ Financiamentos Longo Prazo Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Resp Limitada after identifying irregularities in the offering documents submitted under the automatic distribution procedure. The offering had been registered with the regulator on June 8, 2026. The technical review found documentation deficiencies that were set out in Official Letter No. 135/2026/CVM/SRE/GER-1 under the framework of CVM Resolutions 160 and 175, SRE Circular Letter 01/2021 and other applicable rules. Those issues were not fully remedied within the initial deadline granted by the staff. The suspension takes effect immediately for up to 30 days, ending on Aug. 25, 2026, during which the defects that led to the suspension must be fully corrected. If the irregularities are not cured within that period, the Brazil Securities Commission may cancel the offering permanently.
