The Securities and Exchange Board of India has extended the deadline for investors to submit claims against Karvy Stock Broking Limited, which was declared a defaulter by NSE. Under NSE bye-laws, rules and regulations, investor claims were invited with an original submission deadline of 2 June 2025. SEBI had previously urged investors to file claims before that date in a 16 May 2025 press release, and has now extended the deadline to 31 December 2025 based on the response received from investors.
