The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic’s Payment System Committee extended the term of LLC Green Telecom Service’s licence to conduct a banking operation under the special regulatory regime until 20 March 2026, for the issuance of payment cards providing access to O!Dengi electronic wallets as virtual and/or physical cards, subject to the conditions and requirements set out in the licence’s technical specification.
