CVM’s Superintendent of Market and Intermediaries Relations (SMI) identified indications that the parties were seeking to raise funds from investors resident in Brazil and to carry out securities portfolio management activities and investment advisory. CVM stated that the named companies and individuals are not registered as investment advisers and have no CVM authorisation to receive investor funds for investment, and that Metaverso Assessor de Investimento Ltda., Metaverso Soluções Digitais Ltda., and Jonathan Rosa Vieira Bispo are not authorised to act as securities portfolio managers.
