The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) announced the first edition of its graduate development programme, GP15, designed to develop 15 Bahraini graduates through a structured six-month training pathway aligned with global best practices. The programme combines hands-on, project-based work and workplace simulations with professional mentoring and on-site visits. It also includes rotations across CBB directorates, participation in financial conferences and events, intensive training courses, career mentoring sessions, and executive briefings intended to build participants’ understanding of regulatory strategies and banking policies. Applications for GP15 will open in August, with further updates to be shared via the CBB’s official website and social media platforms.
