The Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier reported that the Luxembourg District Court, sitting in commercial matters, ordered the dissolution and judicial liquidation of ALFA ASSET MANAGEMENT (EUROPE) S.A., an investment firm incorporated under Luxembourg law, granting a CSSF application under Article 129(1)(2) of the Law of 18 December 2015 on the failure of credit institutions and certain investment firms. The judgment appointed attorney-at-law Alain Rukavina as liquidator and Nadège Anen, vice-president of the court, as juge-commissaire, and determined the liquidation method under Article 129(7). Declarations of claims must be submitted by 1 July 2026 at 5 p.m.; eligible clients may seek reimbursement from the SIIL of up to EUR 20,000, subject to eligibility assessment and verification under Articles 196 and 197, with certain client categories excluded under Article 195(2). Clients have 10 years starting from 18 December 2025 to submit their claim.
