The Central Bank of the Philippines (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, BSP) received two Bronze Stevie Awards at the 2026 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, recognizing its public communications initiatives on cyber hygiene and central banking education. The BSP’s “Check-Protect-Report” (CPR) campaign won in Innovation in Community Relations/Public Service Communications and features weekly messages urging the public to verify the legitimacy of messages and senders, protect personal data, and report suspicious transactions to banks, e-money issuers, and other financial institutions. Its “Meaning in a Minute” (MIM) series won in Innovation in Short‑Form Video Series and publishes monthly videos explaining topics including monetary policy, financial stability, financial inclusion, digitalization, and currency in Filipino, Ilocano, Bicolano, and Cebuano; winners were selected based on average scores from international judges. The awards are scheduled to be presented on 17 April 2026 in Macao, China.
