The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has opened a public consultation on a draft Board resolution to amend several of its regulatory legal acts, focusing on the regulatory framework for microfinance organisations, including those conducting operations under Islamic financing principles, and on the regulation of guarantee funds. The draft also updates the forms used for microfinance organisations’ periodic regulatory reporting. The proposal is published on the National Bank’s website under draft regulatory acts for discussion and on the unified public discussion portal, with comments and proposals due by 4 December 2025.
