The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland appointed Brian Richardson as senior vice president and chief human resources officer, effective 13 January 2025. He will lead the team that partners across the Bank to attract, engage, and retain employees. Richardson joins from Covia, where he served as executive vice president and chief administrative officer overseeing human resources, information technology, communications, environmental, social, and governance functions, and the project management office. He previously spent 21 years at The Sherwin-Williams Company in roles that culminated as senior vice president of human resources for the Global Finishes Group, and will support a workforce of around 1,100 employees across Cleveland, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, and the wider Fourth Federal Reserve District.
