The Egypt Financial Regulatory Authority has issued a board decision extending the deadlines for Egyptian Exchange-listed companies and other entities under its supervision to submit periodic financial statements. For the financial period ended 31 December 2025, submissions are now permitted up to 30 April 2026 instead of 31 March 2026. The deadline for periodic financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2025 was also extended to 31 May 2026 from 15 May 2026.

The Egypt Financial Regulatory Authority has extended the deadlines for Egyptian Exchange-listed companies to submit periodic financial statements. For the period ended 31 December 2025, the new deadline is 30 April 2026, and for the period ended 31 March 2025, it is 31 May 2026.
