The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that the investment compartment ARGUS NEW ENERGY SUBFUND 1 of ARGUS NEW ENERGY FUND AIF V.C.I.C. LIMITED (Licence No. AIF63/2018) has been dissolved and placed into liquidation following the total redemption of its units. The dissolution was communicated to CySEC by the AIF’s external manager, ARGUS MANAGEMENT LTD, under Article 52(6) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018, and is treated as a dissolution under Article 63(1)(d). CySEC noted that the compartment is entering voluntary liquidation.
