The Central Bank of Honduras published updated figures under the 2026-2027 Monetary Program showing that net international reserves increased by USD1,181.0 million between Jan. 27 and June 18, 2026. The increase lifted reserve coverage of imports of goods and services to 6.6 months from 6.0 months over the same period. Net international reserves rose from USD10,305.8 million on Jan. 27, 2026 to USD11,486.8 million on June 18, 2026. The data also show a steady buildup through the intervening reference dates, with reserves reaching USD10,541.0 million on Feb. 18, USD10,896.3 million on March 18, USD11,253.6 million on April 17, and USD11,457.1 million on May 18.
