The measures include approval of a voluntary takeover bid prospectus for shares in Joint-Stock Company Edineț Specialized Repairs Enterprise, removal from the register of corporate bonds issued by BC Moldova-Agroindbank SA after maturity, and approval of a mandatory withdrawal request involving Joint-Stock Company Production and Trade Firm ABC. The voluntary takeover bid launched by Sîrbu Oleg covers 3,898 ordinary registered shares in Edineț Specialized Repairs Enterprise at MDL 49.90 per share, with the offer open for 15 calendar days from publication. The bond deregistration covers 2,927 Class I corporate bonds issued by BC Moldova-Agroindbank SA, each with a nominal value of MDL 20,000, following their maturity on May 23, 2026. Issued in 2023 under a public offer program for a three-year term, the bonds had a total value of MDL 58.54 million, a floating interest rate and quarterly coupon payments. During the life of the issue, the bank fully met all obligations, including 12 interest coupon payments, repayment of principal at maturity and early redemption of 605 bonds. The approved mandatory withdrawal request, initiated by Moscalu Valeriu, is addressed to the shareholders of Production and Trade Firm ABC SA and covers 10,636 ordinary registered shares.
