The Australian Financial Complaints Authority has closed its consultation on the joint life insurance complaint handling Approaches and is reviewing stakeholder feedback ahead of finalising the Approach. AFCA received four formal written submissions from a range of stakeholders. It will publish a Consultation Response Paper alongside the new Approach document and all non-confidential submissions on its consultation page in the coming months.
