The Intergovernmental Action Group against Money Laundering in West Africa has issued a notice of expression of interest to hire an individual consultant to design, develop and implement an internal SharePoint-based intranet using Microsoft 365 technologies. The project is intended to create a secure central digital workplace for GIABA staff and management, supporting work plan management with alert functions, internal communication and collaboration, document management, knowledge retention and workflow automation, while aligning with the institution’s information security and governance requirements. The assignment is set for three months from contract signature. GIABA is seeking a consultant with relevant academic qualifications, Microsoft SharePoint or Azure administration and trainer certification, a Power Automate certificate, and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, PowerShell, Azure, intranet or enterprise content management systems, and information architecture, document management and security. Selection will be based on consultant qualifications under the ECOWAS Public Procurement Code, with applications scored out of 100 points and a minimum qualifying score of 70. Expressions of interest are due by 2 March 2026 at 17:00 GMT.
