The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority will introduce a new version of incident reporting under the Digital Operational Resilience Act in its Fidac reporting system on Oct. 19. The update will redesign the reporting form, add automated email reminders when interim or final reports are overdue and allow users to filter those reports by the reference code entered in field 3.1. Fields 1.4 to 1.6, which identify financial firms affected by an incident, will move to a separate table. Firms must use the table when the affected financial entity differs from the reporting entity and for aggregated reporting. An updated JSON schema and incident reporting guide will apply or become available from Oct. 19.
