The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person. The fee level follows Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC and may be paid either by bank transfer to the Commission’s office accounts or directly at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. If a person does not complete the procedure to collect the securities practice certificate within one year from the date of the fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate.
