The Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission issued cease and desist orders against G’s Kicks Billard Hall, NShop and related operations, and AI Quest Trading for soliciting public investments through unregistered securities. The orders require the entities and associated persons to stop offering the schemes, end related internet activity, cease transactions involving funds held at depository banks and refrain from transferring assets under their control to preserve them for investors. None of the entities is registered as a corporation or partnership or licensed to offer securities. G’s Kicks advertised guaranteed returns of 8% to 10% in 30 days, while AI Quest offered AI assisted stock trading plans of PHP 500 to PHP 1 million promising returns of 30% within seven days to 150% within 30 days. NShop and related businesses continued soliciting investments after a June 2026 advisory, and operator Nathalie Jean Bersamina was also found to be conducting lending activities without registration as a lending company. The commission classified the schemes as unauthorized securities offerings and investment fraud.
